- Full payment in advance
- 25% refundable deposit
- Random dates accepted
- Minimum stay - 1 week
- No lease
- Invoice only
The Rates are Inclusive of:
- Daily apartment cleaning and servicing
(Mon - Fri except public holidays)
- Garden maintenance
- Daily personal laundry
(Mon - Fri except public holidays)
- Water and electricity usage
- Administration fees and stamp duties
The Rates are Exclusive of:
- Telephone installation, rental and usage
- Electricity usage exceeding R150.00/month
- Cleaning materials and toiletries
