fully equipped, self-catering, one bedroom garden apartments with open
plan lounge and dining room, kitchen and full bathroom.
Bask in the sun in your own private garden. Everything imaginable is
provided to make your stay a comfortable, safe and memorable one.
The elegance of our lounges speak for themselves and include TV, Hi-fi
and video systems, with access to M-Net, DStv and four local channels.
Our kitchens are fully equipped for your every need and include cooking and microwave facilities.
Sleep peacefully in our comfortable, spacious bedrooms, under
breathtakingly beautiful decorative ceilings on a king or queen-size
bed. Plenty of cupboard space is provided with a dressing table.
Walk into your own en-suite bathroom comprising of bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
SERVICE (inclusive in the rate charged)
While you are at work or simply gallivanting around Johannesburg,
discovering its many intriguing places of interest, your home will be
serviced, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
As a self catering facility, you are required to provide all cleaning material.
(i.e.Handy Andy, Duck toilet cleaner, windolene, dish washing liquid, and a tea towel.)
LAUNDRY (inclusive in the rate charged)
A laundry service is provided, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Your clothes will be washed and ironed and hanging back up in your cupboard
when you return home in the evening.
Towels and sheets are provided and laundered weekly. Your towels will be aired daily.
SECURITY
Enjoy the satisfaction that comes from staying in a secure private
property. Our well-lit, high boundary walls with electric fencing,
together with our secure entrance gate provides you with total peace of
mind. You will have your own remote to operate the automated gate and
you will also have your own personal intercom to receive friends.
PARKING
We will provide a carport for your exclusive use. There is also plenty of additional parking for your visitors.
GARDEN SERVICE (inclusive in the rate charged)
A garden service will be provided.
LOCATION
We are ideally situated in the exclusive Rivonia, Sandton area, popular
for its close proximity to a variety of shopping centres, places of
interest, cinemas, restaurants, and gymnasiums.
